Ja som al Cairo amb les motos. Ens havíem plantejat de passar de llarg d'aquesta caòtica ciutat, però  l'Aureli ha volgut conèixer les famoses piràmides de Gizah, a més ens han recomanat demanar els visats de Sudan i Etiòpia.

Sorpresa de tots tres ha estat, la facilitat que tenim per complicar-nos la vida, com per exemple, visitant les piràmides de Gizah. La monotonia del turista ens fa fer coses com escalar piràmides, però el més fort va ser que sense adonar-nos estàvem ficats dins d'una festa privada, de la que no podíem sortir per qüestions de seguretat.

Potser el que més ens va agradar del Cairo, va ser viure una mica aquesta revolució, aquí més tranquil·la que a Alexandria, en forma de pintades, tendes plantades a Tahrir i havent de saltar murs aixecats al mig de la ciutat.

La resta va ser la paciència d'esperar 3 dies a que estiguessin els visats.

Al Cairo ja ens han aparegut les Febres i les diarrees, com a resultats de l’estricta higiene que corre pels carrers del Cairo.

We are in Cairo with the motorbikes. We didn´t want to stop in this chaotic city but Aureli wanted to see the famous pyramids of Gizah and we have been told it´s better to ask for visas to Sudan and Ethiopia here.

We have been surprised at how easy we find it to complicate our lives, for instance whilst visiting Giza's pyramids. The monotony of tourism mades us do things like climb the pyramids, but the coolest thing to happen was realizing that we had accidentally gatecrashed a private party which we then couldn't leave because of strict security!

Maybe the thing we liked best of all was living the revolution first-hand, more calmly than in Alexandria, through paintings and murals, the tents put up in Tahir and having to jump walls in the middle of the city.

We had to be patient for 3 days until our visas were ready.

In Cairo we started with the first fevers and diarrheas; a direct result of the strict hygiene from Cairo's streets.
